DHADING — A 55-year-old woman died in ambulance along the Tribhuvan Highway as the ambulance that was ferrying her to Kathmandu from Bharatpur, Chitwan was stucked in traffic on Wednesday.
Rajani Chaudhary, who was referred to Kathmandu for treatment, was stuck in traffic overnight along the Naubise Naghdhunga road section and died at around 10:00 am, according to police.
The vehicles plying on the highway take more than 10 hours to cover a 25-km-stretch along the road section due to ongoing road renovation.Follow @gorkhapost
