Nokia 3 launched in Nepal

KATHMANDU — Paramount Electronics Pvt Ltd has launched Nokia 3 in Nepal. Nokia 3 has been priced at Rs. 16,500 in Nepal, however, one can buy the phone for only Rs. 15,500 with discounts.

Paramount Electronics, the authorized distributor of Nokia phones in Nepal, was supposed to launch Nokia 3 along with Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 But the company has pushed the launch of Nokia 5 and 6 further more.

Nokia 3 comes with 5-inch IPS LCD HD display with rear camera of 8MP with f/2.0 (autofocus) with LED. Likewise, the phone has 8MP front camera with f/2.0 (autofocus).

It features with MediaTek 6737 Quad-core processor with 1.3GHz clock speed. With 2GB of RAM the phone comes with Android v7.0 Nougat loaded which has 16GB internal storage expandable up to 128GB.

The Nokia 3 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Micro-SIM and Micro-SIM. The phone has 2650mh non-removable battery.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG, FM, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). It has Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
