KATHMANDU — Minster for Federal Affairs and General Administration Lalbabu Pandit has emphasized on the enactment and enforcement of a law to grant citizenship to Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs) as enshrined in the Constitution.
Minister Pandit, at a discussion with the delegation of NRN Association at his residence on Friday, pledged that he would extend full possible support to engage NRNs in the development of the country.
The delegation headed by NRNA Chairperson Bhawan Bhatta had urged the Minister to engage the NRNs as a partner in the nation-building campaign.Follow @gorkhapost
PM Oli receives tika from his father Mohan Prasad Oli
KATHMANDU- Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli received tika, jamara and tilak from his father Mohan Prasad Oli at the auspicious hour of 9:51 am on the occasion of Bijaya Dashami today.
Oli also offered tika, jamara and tilak to Radhika Shakya, the Prime Minister’s spouse, on the occasion. The event was held at the Prime Minister’s residence.
