HUMLA—The private airlines companies that used to operate their flights to Humla from Nepalgunj and Surkhet Airpots now have shifted their attention to the eastern belt of the country seeking more profits during the festive season.
With the move of the private airlines companies, the locals of Humla are struggling in Nepalgunj and Surkhet to get the ticket.
A meeting of the Simkot Rural Municipality Assembly held on Thursday decided to prevent the private airlines companies from operating their flights in Humla permanently if they did not operate their flight during Dashin, Tihar and other major festivals.
